Dear All,

This is to announce that an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of XXX Students’ Association will be held on 10 November 2004 Wednesday from 1800 to 1900 at the XXX Auditorium.

The motion for this EGM is “Motion to declare SA Executive Committee 2004/05 Elections null and void, and to hold fresh elections in the first 2 weeks of the 2nd Semester in 2005.” This motion was called forth by 45 agreeable SA members and submitted on 31 October 2004, Sunday.

The Constitution requires a quorum of 150 to be met in order for this EGM to be valid. In the event of a failed quorum, a second EGM will then be held on 16 November 2004, Tuesday at MMB Seminar Room 1 from 1700 to 1900.
