random updates
have started work for the past 2 weeks, and been real busy that i have no time to blog.
daily's schedule
8am: wake up
9am: leave for work
10am: starts to fold clothes
6pm/9pm: go home
10pm: sleep
nothing really much, except that i see how rich some singaporean kids are, doesn't even bat an eyelid when a bottom (read: F-U-G-L-Y)costs around 200 SGD? and they can still whip out their credit cards and say: i'll get it, or in another case, (screaming franctically over the phone to another rich kid)my LV bag is here, my LV bag is here
and as much as i dun have anything against rich people (their parents work hard for it), some rich tai tais really pissed me off yesterday, saying i made a wrong recommendation and causing her to make the wrong purchase
and having a ah lian from ur secondary as ur superior doesn;t really help as she just came over and scolded me, without making clear of the facts
bitches bitches bitches
anyway, the thing that cheered me up today was lilot's back! but my dear lilot!! i'm so sorry, my phone was on silent mode and i didn't hear it at all! so sorry!!!
anyway, got to go work now.....shrugs

feeling sad that it's gone
Remember the endless amount of thick hershey chocolate syrup? with the little juicy watermelon/ honeydew balls? and who can forget the little atapcheethat all councillors (except for me) will fight for using the little plastic spoons with all their lives?
This is a tribute post to the wonderful AJ ICE. found out they have stopped production (read: T-O-T-A-L-L-Y) today when we had our little platoon gathering.
for those of you who have no idea what this is about.. breif introduction of AJ Ice.
it started about a decade or two back and it was said that the daughter of the boss studied in AJ and one fine day the councillors came by the stall and propose the idea of AJ Ice and hope to have it as a symbol of AJ. So AJ Ice was born and it was like this representation of AJC
Beautiful memories surrounded the AJ Ice stall (Ang Mo Kio Central Hawker Centre 37 Desserts, especially with my council. When i heard the news, i was so stunned and i kept asking the uncle why?! why?! why?!. But all he could say was "mei you wei shen me"
For all the reasons why, all i can say is that AJ Ice will be missed by all, and hope they will not take away the other dessert luan 7 8 zhao away, another hidden piece of the history of AJC. and all memories i have of this dessert now is this low resolution picture taken with my camera phone 2 years ago.
You will be missed.

so random i cannot take it
Ever since school has ended, i have been living in the US time zone (well almost). Sleeping at 4 or 5 am definitely has not helped at all in curbing my workaholic mind
and so i started to think weirdly and so negatively every night before i sleep
and then i started wondering what my life is all about. am i living for myself, or for the expectations of others? and what about people's lives? are they living for themselves, or for the expectations of me?
from time to time, i have always had these kind of random whimsical thought whenever i doubt how a friendship has lost its significance, especially when the other party decided not to put in much effort in maintaining the friendship.
and there u have it. i am menopausing again
